From property to home: how we work

We do not develop property to sell. We develop it for the people who will live in it. That difference shapes everything: our advice, our budgets and the contractors we select.

One table

Normally you speak to an estate agent, a designer and a contractor - different disciplines that only meet later in the process. With us, that knowledge sits at one table from the start, and that table is yours. In practice: the same person who assesses the property also produces the layout proposal and the first estimate of the renovation costs.

Discretion

Some of our homes never appear online. Some of our projects we never show. That is part of working privately, on commission.
